Location on Nacogdoches Rd in SATX has always been reliable and have had good service experience there over the few years ive gone there on occasion. Terrible customer service. The guy at the front counter needs to find a new job. Sees me standing at the counter with keys in hand. Doesn’t bother to ask what I’m there for. Just walks away. Five minutes later I get his attention and he acts like it’s some sort of inconvenience to discuss the prices and options. I realize it won’t matter to this company that I won’t be back. Hopefully someone that reads this will think twice about coming to this location.
Just lost a customer. I was told I had a blown oil pan gasket that was causing a major leak and needed to be looked at & check my oil every day. I took it to another shop I trust and they cleaned off all the oil that your employee spilled all over the pan and filter. Guess what! I have no blown gasket or oil leak. So instead of admitting that they spilled oil everywhere, they said I had a leak. I will now go to the shop I trust even though it's farther away from home.
horrible service at the Jiffy Lube on 5927 San Pedro, charged for things they were not suppose to do and had wait 2 hours after they messed and never once did they come out to tell me what was going on. Will never go back.
