This location has had problems before. I just got my oil change last week and they stripped the oil plug and didn’t even tell me. I took it to another Jiffy Lube location and they found my oil level low and told me what happened. They also tore the undercarriage cover and lost the screws to it so it’s just hanging. Im leaking oil and my car smells like it’s burning. A bunch of incompetent losers at this location. Corporate owes me a new oil cap and a few free oil changes.
This is my second oil change at this location within 2 months last visit I got a tire rotation and my filters were changed and I know the tech seen this in the computer but insisted I get new filters always trying to get over on a woman but NOT this one I WILL NOT RETURN to the location on Austin highway
Want excellent service, trustworthy service and fast service then visit this location! The team is amazing, friendly and quick! Been coming here for years and will continue to get my services completed here. Marina and Robbie really took care of us this weekend! Come see them!
I just had the greatest experience maybe ever for an oil change. I had a Groupon and Chris upsold me to full synthetic with some promotion discount etc. Every single employee said 'yes sir" the whole time...it was quick...they place a paper mat down so they don't get the inside dirty and plastic bumpers sort of that are placed over the sides. I told Chris Elizondo that I am his customer from now on until they prove me wrong. Just an awesome job and place to go for your oil/auto service needs!
