Service was everything I'd want it to be: timely, expedient, Kind, professional, and with a sense of humor! If I recall correctly, Johnny was the front person and was very personable and professional. The group appeared to work very well as a team.
Service was done as paid for. Very Im personable. Never addressed by name. Not sure how they knew I had used them several times previous. My license number on the invoice is different than what is on the car by several years. I was told all lights work however a couple days later when checking myself could see one of the headlamps was very noticeably dimmer than the other. Maybe the person checking didn’t think that was reportable for safety? I would rather have a thorough job than too fast.
Showed up to do a DEQ emissions test. As soon as I mentioned this everyone's faces fell and their attitudes immediately changed. Not sure if they don't get any bonuses or can oversell an air filter this way or what. Anyways, avoid at all costs for DEQ testing. They said no words, just opened my door, stuck his head under my legs like a creep and plugged in OB reader. I asked if he wanted me to move, he just grunted. Recently had a Oil change with jiffy Lube in Oregon city. First time I was there but need to let everyone know the service and professional service I did receive. Nicest bunch of guys you'll ever meet, it was quick and this group of men were all over it.You can tell they have worked together for awhile each one checking one part of the car and another one with something else. It was fun to watch.....Thank You.
They were courteous, professional and competent in their service. I received a discount too.
