I don’t normally leave reviews, but Alex and Sergio at this location provided excellent service. No upselling, but they definitely made the case for things that were necessary. I’d use this location again without hesitation! Also, Google Jiffy Lube Coupons Lake Oswego. That saved me $25.00!
I visited Jiffy Lube for a brake fluid change, as Accurate Auto of Lake Oswego recommended it. Zack quickly checked under the hood and informed me that my brake fluid didn’t actually need to be changed yet. He offered to do so if I wanted but reassured me that I could safely drive for another 4-5 months without any issues. This location is the best! I was told by Valvoline that they were unable to untighten my oil filter housing and sent me over to Jiffy Lube (who previously serviced my vehicle) and they did it in two seconds! 11 out of 10 my friends thank you so much for your customer service and complementary accommodations. Will be back for all future services.
