Had fantastic in and out no nonsense service today from James G - and team Richard and Alexander. highly recommend this location and got lucky on early Sunday am - no line!
PSA rock chips are limited to three. But when you tell them you have four and then go home and call asking why the fourth one isn’t done, they will have you come back. Oh yes, they can have it done today. But they need to do another insurance thing. Likely it only one a day. And then they’ll send you back for another day. No thank you. I was upsold an “engine flush” that was only supposed to be $5, and quoted $219 for ONE oil change. Since you guys don’t publish prices, I was also told to at “prices depend” on car, oil, etc. However, when I finally looked at my bill it turns out the engine flush was $100 and it DOUBLED the price. The oil change itself was only $109. My issue is with being charged something that doubled my bill, while being bait and switched by a $5 adder for an engine flush.
