I took my car in for a simple oil change at the beginning of December 2019. Within a week my coolant (that I had never touched before) completely leaked out. They handled that begrudgingly. Then a week late, my oil tank leaked completely. I filled it and the check engine light went off so I didn’t think anymore about it. Hours Open until showed up at 5:50 and was told sorry we're closed
I went here for a simple oil change and for the air to be put back in my tire. I had to go back the next day because they said the tire was fine and it was a sensor issue. Wrong. I took it to another shop, they put air in the tire and it was fixed. They also mentioned that jiffy lube did something with coolant in my car. Fast forward a week later and my car broke down on the side of the highway because of a coolant issue from jiffy lube doing God knows what with my car. My car is now in the shop. Brian Bajalia likes to take advantage of women who are vulnerable in the service industry. My wife went and saw Brian and his staff and they proceeded to force only the highest grade of oil for 90.00 for an oil change. Stating it was the only oil for her truck( mind you I've got oil in this truck before and know this is a lie). They also proceeded to attempt to force her into air filters which were then pulled out and had fresh leaves shoved in the air filter which wasn't very old mind you!!! I've been taking my car to get an oil change at the dealership for the last two years and have beep happy with my service. Today I decided to take my car to Jiffy Lube (thinking it would be about the same price as the dealership or cheaper). To my surprise, it was more than double the cost for an inferior product. When I declined the service after hearing the price I was told that it was too late since they drained the oil. I gave 1 star as 0 wasn't available. Took car to dealer literally an hour and a half after having an oil change as our engine light was on. Oil filter was crushed with a hole in it and we had no oil. NO REFUND OR APOLOGY GIVEN. We were promised a call from a manager that day, and nothing happened, contacted head office, they did't want to know. Just hoping my credit card company will help. Won't be using Jiffy Lube again ever.
