Money is no longer in my car after being at this Jiffy Lube. Management does not care. Disappointed in the way I've been treated about this situation.
I have always had great customer service going to this Jiffy Lube, but 2 weeks ago after having my oil changed, I started leaking oil, I took my car to get check out and Jiffy lube didn't put a screw back in tight enough, so I leaked oil for about 1 1/2. I getting this information about the screw I took it back to the same Jiffy Lube, the manager proceed to tell me they didn't have enough information to refund my money, despite handing him the receipt from the other shop showing they tighten a screw due to my oil being chang... read more
