Best location in town the manager really made the visit great !! He had an answer for me for every question i had without any delay
This is the most professional location I have ever been to. The staff is incredibly polite and they open doors for you, thank you for coming, wish you a good day and do it all while giving your car a complete review. I used to visit a different store but, this location has far exceeded my expectations. They treat you like royalty and it is so nice to experience this kind of service. This has been the case on all 3 of my visits.

Be careful when going in, they will charge you for every little thing. They will ask, of course, but while I was in, this 60 year old guy's bill came out to almost $90! They said coolant was needed, brake lights needed...Good thing I knew what I wanted and needed and got out within 30 minutes...
Usually very happy here, but went there today for an emission sticker and their employee that does it wasn't there, so I was told to go elsewhere.

I went to Jiffy Lube for the 1st time last Sunday for an oil change for my 2000 Neon. Jiffy Lube told me I had a transmission leak. I went to my mechanic this morning and he said when Jiffy Lube was checking the transmission fluid level, they didn't properly close the valve. Transmission fluid ran all over the clamp and transmission pan. After my mechanic cleaned the pan and clamp, he said he found NO transmission fluid leaking. I will NEVER go back to Jiffy Lube. They don't know what they're doing and just want your money.
Beware ~ this Jiffy Lube does poor work. They changed my oil and once I got it home it leaked all over my garage. I called to complain and ask for my money back ~ they declined and said I had to bring to bring it back in. I declined to take it back because there was no way I was letting them touch my car again. I had to take it to the dealer to fix and they told me that had I waited the car's motor would have been damaged. I called and was given a price of $55 for Synthetic oil change. I drove all the way in and they told me $69 for Synthetic. I told them I just called 30 minutes ago and was quoted a price of $55. Apparently that was the price of a Synthetic-blend oil change. I complained that isn't right to quote one price online then change it once I'm in the store. The answer? "Too bad, mistakes happen."
