Ostynn took care of us yesterday, both for what we came in for and what we didn't realize that we needed. Buying a used car, you never know what services have and haven't been done. He quite possibly saved my transmission and a ridiculously expensive repair by being knowledgeable and proactive. Excellent service every time!
I stopped by for a fluid level check they said no bc my lic plate and vin are not in the computer. Can we verify why? Doug and Dave are awesome and helped me find an oil leak and recommended the right part to repair my F150. Thank you so much. Vance and David checked that my 1299 code was not engine overheating and confirmed no exhaust in the coolent was present. Thanks again.
I always receive excellent service at this Jiffy Lube in Grants Pass. They're friendly, helpful and efficient. And they’ll even top off my oil in between changes. Now that’s great service!
Worst customer service EVER!!
Took my car here about a week ago for a simple oil change. 2 days later my car overheats because the guy didn’t put the radiator cap back on. 0/5 would highly NOT recommend this place.
