I'll never let them touch a vehicle of mine again. First off, let me preface by saying I am a former employee of a Jiffy Lube franchise, so I know the score here. They listed my chassis as sealed, when it has 11 zerks. I looked underneath and found that only 2, the easiest and most accessible had been lubed. Listed my washer fluid as filled , it was bone dry.
