My husband took our car on 6/28/2015 to this location for an oil change. On 7/4/2015 our car engine died as a result of the improper installation of the oil filter. We have been without a vehicle for three weeks! To add insult to injury, the company has not returned any of our calls for two weeks. I am frustrated that a $100 service will now cost over $6000 worth of damages and fees (used engine, installation, tow trucks, storage fees and rental cars) for my household.
