Had coolant change done. They disconnected part of undercarriage shield and did not reattach. I found this out driving down the road when it was scraping on highway and was damaged. Now jiffylube will not pay for repair/replacement $80. They will “never” get my business again...they do not stand by their word nor will they do the right thing after 5 discussions with them. Sorry outfit.
Why do women hate getting their cars worked on? Well, we sent our youngest daughter to Jiffy Lube to get her oil and transmission fluid changed. Not only did they take advantage of her age by upselling things she didn't need, a couple of the guys made comments and giggled because her debit card has a limit. This was the most horrible experience that me and my husband have had at a jiffy lube location. Cherie the woman that charged us for the services was very aloof, took in 2 cars for oil changes. They broke our door handle and didn't even say anything until we got in the car. The guy that broke the door handle acted as if it was already like that.
