Technician did not put on filter tight and oil completely leaked from engine. Do not go to this service station or any other Jiffy Lube location. Poor technicians and all they do is try to upsell customers.

Untrustworthy!!! Took my 16 year old son with his first car. He agreed to a high mileage oil, bought windshield wipers and an air filter. We asked about an oil leak and they said it was a tiny leak, more of a weeping than a leak. They then charged him $10 more than it added up to. Not much remorse when we said something and took a bit to get the refund. We just went to a mechanic for something else and there is a real oil leak.
Went to use a $10 coupon at Jiffy Lube in Braintree Ma..called first and was told oil change would be $24.99 ..went to use coupon and the wouldn't take it..said oil change would be $34.99 then I could use coupon..r u kidding???..out and out thievery!..u guys suck!
