Awful, awful, awful.....pulled up with no one in front of me... and it took an hour and a half to get oil change and tire rotation, my car sat for almost an hour untouched. And within 3 mi after I left I got a flat from something that most likely was dropped on floor in Jiffy Lube....never never bring your car to jiffy lube
I took my 2013 Kia Sorento there back in March of last year and one mile down the road my car caught on fire and burnt to the ground! A fire investigation proved that they were at fault and Jiffy Lube did nothing to help me. You can find my News interview on YouTube!
Went for an oil change, the gentlemen working were extremely friendly and efficient. However when I got home, I realized that my glove compartment box was covered in oil, and when I opened it I found everything just shoved in it, not at all how I left, and again COVERED in oil. They said they vacuumed the floor, hard to believe they did any of that. Won't back again. Only gave two stars because of the manners of the kind workers, but horrible work.
Nice people very very pricy for a chain shop....52.99 for an oil change in an suv...no thanks never again I will go to another place next time go back to my Sunoco for 30.00...this visit was a mistake they say they clean the windows...Windows were not cleaned...they say they fill all fluids ran out of washer fluid the next day....not really happy but have to give a review of fair was because employees were plesent
Went there and they overfilled the oil in my and didn't change the filter... worst service ever!!!
I had a $22.99 coupon for an oil change. I have a 4x4 soi I understand that the price will be a little higher than that, but it came out to over twice that, more than $50. Never again. Go to Firestone. It would have cost half what I paid if I had it done there.
