there oil change "techs" added too much oil to my dad's car by overfilling the oil pan, this is evident by three factors, the oil dipstick showing too much oil, oil coming out of the cap onto the valve cover and seeping Into the bolts, and the engine misfiring, unfortunately my father died before I noticed too much oil, and jiffy lube likes to hide there bad reviews by deleting bad reviews
