What a great experience! I felt comfortable right when I pulled in. Even cooler there was a female employee who was extremely knowledgeable. Brandon checked me in and he was nice and friendly. I was in and out less 30 minutes. I’ve been putting off getting an oil change because I didn’t want to wait. Thank you!
Ungodly slow. Oil change is simple people. Figure it out!
The price for what they did to my car was absolutely fair and fast too.
I changed my oil here as many times before. My next oil change was at a different business in order to combine service needs. It was discovered that the oil filter had been installed incorrectly by jiffy lube and needed to be damaged to do the oil change. Tukwila jiffy lube refuses to admit fault and provide ANY compensation. Horrible customer service. I will not be back art this shop. May never return to any juffy lube.
