I’m giving Jiffy Lube two stars. The only reason it’s not one is because of Phil—he was really cool, super nice, and very helpful. Unfortunately, some of the younger workers really messed up. When I got home, I noticed oil dripping on my driveway. After checking, I found out the oil pan plug hadn’t even been tightened properly—I could tighten it by hand. So uh. Where the hell is my panel that went over all this charged me 1,000 dollars to replace literally just my oil pan and I return with shit missing
