I made a mistake by going to the Jiffy lube on meridian instead of a locally owned business. In the event that something goes wrong they use their " standard policy practices " as a shield so therefore no mistakes are EVER be made. When they removed the cabin filter, they dumped the contents of the glove box on the floor. I would have liked to have been asked or informed first.
Jordon and Mitchel were professional and friendly. They explained the process and answered all my questions. truly are an asset to your company. i have been to many places for my car. This is the best by far. Thank You ,Mitchel and Jordon. I WILL be back.
Terrible. Not only was I charged $120 for a basic, medium quality, oil change/nothing else, but also I've NEVER ONCE had my "oil" warning light turn on for that matter, UNTIL NOW. (NO) Not my "maintenence required," signal which I understand, but my ACTUAL "oil" warning light. And the car is 11 years old, but had never once had ANY issues like this AND always checks out perfectly on regularly scheduled maintenance. It's in pristine condition mechanically, or was... Went to Jiffy Lube today the guy quoted me $86 to get my volvo station wagons oil changed! I just happend to be on that side of town so I stopped. I have NEVER paid that much for my cars oil to be changed EVER! Thinking they thought because I'm a women they will get away with ripping me off...
Do not go here! They left our window open in the rain with our key in the car while it was parked outside. When my husband noticed and couldn¿t get anyone¿s attention he got in the car and drove off, they never even noticed anyone could have driven off with our car. I called to complain and they told us to come back and they would do the oil change for free. We went back and they changed the oil but they used the wrong oil.
