Went to jiffy lube on 2035 short Ave Odessa fl , After having an oil change on my car, which has never leaked oil before , now is leaking oil and this store refuses to take responsibility for their mistake. They never reported an oil leak to me nor did they document it on the paperwork
Without giving me any heads up or authorization, mechanic decided to just upgrade me to the signature package without asking to make an extra 20 bucks off of me. Then once I paid they said oh well that’s what we did. Complete scam! They do services without asking. Will never go back again. Lost my business for good which is a shame for them considering I have four vehicles!
New location, very clean, hospitable, great customer service, quick turn time. Vacuum'd my car and corrected my tire pressure while getting an oil change. Clear explanation of what was checked including recommendations
