Called this place to help a family member with just changing a spare tire. A SPARE, and the person at the front desk said they had to ask a manager and they said no they can’t do it. Jiffy lube ? This place is lazy and when I go to the reviews I can see why just close this place down no one wants to work. Has multiple pictures of tire changes with lifts I don’t understand people and as of for the workers I feel bad for who ever has any workers like this and call a staff can’t even do a tire replacement. I honestly don’t even know how this place calls itself a car wash. I paid for a “full service” and got my car back looking like it barely survived a rainstorm. They didn’t vacuum at all—there was still dirt, crumbs, and who knows what else all over the floor. On top of that, every surface inside was covered in fingerprints, like someone went out of their way to touch everything after “cleaning” it.
