Stay away! They did an oil change complete in less than six minutes. Air not checked I needed wiper blades and never reset the oil change reminder. They don’t care about your car only $$$.
They dilute their windshield washer fluid. My fluid froze and I was left on the highway driving through salted roads in single digit weather barely able to see. Freezing point is supposed to be -20F. If they are skimping on their windshield washer fluid, I don't want to find out what other corners they are cutting.
I came in to get a wipe down and vacuum for my car I was told it wouldn't take more than 45 min because it was busy I waited close to 2 hours for my car to be wiped down and vacuum people who came after me left before me because they requested a more expensive service this is not okay!!! I've come here in the past and this hasn't happened it doesn't matter if it's busy and people are getting a more expensive service I shouldn't have to wait close to 2 hours for my car to be ready if I got there before them! if I would know t... read more
