A little disappointed for the stubborn supervisor at Jiffy lube San Marcos. I did mention to change the plastic drain plug for my 2022 VW Tiguan and the staff didn't replace it with the new one. There were leak after the oil change. When I came back and she said I tightened up and it will be ok No, It takes me another trip to have it replaced and they waste oils because they need to drain it out. She think she know best. Very inexperienced.
Manger Sofia was excellent. Very kind and respectful. Took care of all the vehicles problems in timely manner. Very professional.

I had to get my oil changed so I decided to stop last minute at this location. I haven't had the best experiences with jiffy Lube in the past, but I was pleasantly surprised great customer service! I also had a couple of small maintenance issues that needed to be done. And they were nice enough to let me know the technicians did a great job as well. overall it was a good experience
