I am always so nervous taking our cars here. The employees are not focused, talking excessively in other languages unrelated to the task at hand, customers need to feel safe when strangers are working on their cars. Employees seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and or were being trained. The price for an oil change is the highest it's ever been but the service provided is actually less than it was years ago. Jiffy Lube used to clean your windows, top off fluids and add air to your tires. The last few services I have had they are barely doing any of those things. They do however try to sell me a cabin air filter for $45. When you can easily replace your own for around $8. I don't think I will be using Jiffy Lube again.
Staff were quick with my oil change and very nice! However, the prices for air filters more than doubled! I used to pay 20 and now it’s 45. It’s easy enough to change yourself that I suggest to not get that service anymore!
