I got my oil change through Jiffy Lube in Forney, TX store number 3307 of the PVA Group Franchise. I took my vehicle to them for an oil change on 11-13-2022. On 11-22-2022 oil fell out of the bottom of my car all over my engine, stalling it, due to them improperly installing the filter and it shaking loose according to the manager Alex. After taking my information and having Ford inspect it, a manager, Andrew Duffy follows up with me and has no information on where my vehicle is, updates on what the next steps were, nothing.... read more
