I frantically pulled up to the service bay because my maintenance light came on one day after getting an oil change done by a competitor. I couldn’t figure out what the message was. The manager Shante politely and quickly helped me resolve the issue. I felt so embarrassed about not knowing how to reset the oil life on my Honda but she assured me that it wasn’t a big deal.
