CROOKS @ VEHICLE INSPECTION CENTERS TO FORCE UNNECESSARY SERVICES Took my Vehicle for State Inspection to the Jiffy Lube in Apex, NC (near Hwy 64). After performing the inspection they get down to their strategy to ripping off the customer. They will offer everything from cabin filters changes to brake fluid flush and force you to change the wipers saying the exiting ones are ole !!!
