Horrible experience. They drained the differential fluid. Not the oil. And then their customer service was lacking when we insisted it be done correctly by BMW instead of taking a chance that they may or may not know what they’re doing!
Brought my 99 Dodge Ram in for a oil change, proceeded to ask the cots. The first employee told me they start at 45$. So I go inside and talk price with the other employee. She proceeded to tell me the cost of oil is different in higher mileage trucks. I knew this to begin with I told her I was looking for a high mileage oil change. She quotes me 65$.Then she tells me if it’s 4x4 it costs more. Fuck this place.
