Terrible experience. Almost a two and half hour wait to fail an inspection after it was just seen by another place for unrelated issues! Beyond frustrated!
If you appreciate a place with no customer appreciation or common courtesy . . . Congratulations you found it. Upon the return of the temporary tire which took three individuals to do . . . . At the same time. I was left a gift of hand smudges all over my third row leather seats. Was the respect shown to apologize for this inadvertent mistake or even acknowledgement . . . . Nope. Worst experience ever. I've used this Jiffy Lube on numerous occasions and have always had a good experience but this time around they spilled oil all over the engine, didn't put the sticker on to reflect the oil change and made the inspection process practically impossible. They have a sign that says no appointment needed but they turn people away 2 hours prior to closing. The store manager was extremely rude and condescending along with the remaining staff.
