went to Radford rd location. 1st their entrance is not handicap accessible. being in a wheelchair it does matter.2nd I paid them to do a oil change in my Honda odyssey. they did and spent quite a bit of time to complete job. I Paid them and drove home. the next morning my concrete drive way was covered in oil under the car. all the engine oil came out. I believe that it is good practice to inform customers of prices that are nearly triple the advertised price before carrying out the service. I was charged $60 to replace bulbs on my headlights. This costs more than my full synthetic oil change at my dealership.
Went Sunday to get my oil changed right as they opened and the service I received was outstanding. The 2 guys that were there were very kind and pleasant. Kudos to both.
They had to go up the street to get oil for my truck. Quick service equals NO!!!!!!!!
I love this location! The people are friendly and the service is FAST! My inspection was done in about 20 minutes! This is why I go to this same location every year! Awesome job guys!
