Went in for an oil change 6 weeks ago, a week ago my check engine light came on. I took my car into our dealer to have it looked at and they determined that the PCV valve hose was left disconnected at the valve. This is a hose Jiffy Lube disconnected in order to do my oil change. They never reconnected it and I got charged $68.48 by the dealer. We called Jiffy Lube to find out if they wanted pay us for the dealer fee or give us a free oil change and tire rotation. I got my ipod stollen out of my car here!!!! Also, they overcharge for an oilchange (jifffylube overall does, not just this location)even for the basic service. The guy there tried to tell me to get a high millage oil change for extra money, but my car only has 18,000 miles! I am really pissed about them stealing my ipod because it wasn't even one that was worth a lot, so i didn't even think about leaving it out on the passanger seat, but they stole it anyway. I went to Jiffy Lube on Roxboro Road June 22,2010 Tuesday to have my 2010 Camry Inspected. So it is a very clean car a year old never drive this car . I had a Ceramic butterfly odor eater in my car Pink and black I just drove the car to get it inspected. I drove back home got in the car on thursday I notice my Butterfly gone now jiffy lube was the only place I went and the only people who had been in my car was the people at Jiffy lube so someone from there took that butterfly out my car.
