Con men. In hindsight I should have known immediately they were trying to get more money out of me when I was told they were "out" of the oil I usually take for my car and I needed to purchase a more expensive oil (almost 2x the cost!). Then I was told my engine needed a coolant flush because it was so low on coolant my engine was at risk for major damage.
