Cooperative staff and quick service
Everyone was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and so quick. Got my oil change on my lunch break and still had extra time to actually eat!
Careful. Took my fleet vehicle for a quick oil change and when I went to submit my expense report I noticed they didn’t have the right year entered in their system. A 2005 Durango and a 2025 Durango don’t take the same oil or amount of oil. I’ll stick to my mechanics at SRD in Rio Rancho going forward. Lesson learned on needing something quick… Also, customer service wanted to argue with me about how it couldn’t be their fault. Certainly left a sour taste… Do better Jiffy Lube.
