It seemed like they didn't know what they were doing... I will be back on Monday to speak with a manager hopefully one is on duty...
Customer service was wonderful! Free popcorn and drinks (including soda) while waiting. Staff is personable and offered to wash windows and vacuum for no extra charge. I find oil change prices to be ridiculous these days, and I am annoyed having to have it done so often, so I appreciate this team making it a nice experience otherwise.
