Don't let then get away with not washing your windows and/or vacuuming your carpets. When it gets busy, or they don't want to do it, they will skip it without asking you.
They will try to upsell you like mad..and make it seem "important"..so just be careful.
Give the service rep your email address so they can send you a customer satisfaction survey, upon completion there is a coupon for $10 off your next service.
