As a customer for the first time I'm very unsatisfied with the managers the so-called manager Carl is very rude very unprofessional as well as his assistant manager they worked on my 2019 Cadillac XTS very sloppy work overfilled the engine now they don't want to drain the engine they're ignoring me I do not recommend people to go to this place they're not worth it now if my car breaks down I hold them one hundred percent responsible it's going to damage my engine with in time the manager Carl yelled in my face 3 times tellin... read more
i thought they were great. Travis honored my Yellow Page coupon and did not pressure me for anything. Fast and efficient. Only cost me $40 or so with the extra oil engine cleanout! Everyone was extremely polite.

Thank you Mike & Bernard. I went there a couple weeks ago because my daughters break light went out and she said she had it replaced there in March. I went there and spoke to Mike and he took care of it right away at no charge. This week the other one went out and even though I live over 20 min away, and pass another Jiffy location, I went right back to them because it was hassle free the first time. Save your money and go to a better shop. Midas, etc. There are many that will do an oil change for around $30 fair and honest without all the lies from this place. They push their synthetic oil, although the car company nor the owners manual call for synthetic. They jack up the price by trying to add on so many other things, like filters, rotation, cleaning, belts, etc. This place is a con job #1, a real racket going on with Jiffy here and the state should intervene and get the AG involved in what they do to rip people off. ... read more
very unprofessional they wanted to change my clean A/C filter that was cleaned for 49.99 plus tax I was like there is no need to change it cuz I've just did it a week ago
