I am a very hard guy to please and I think customer service in America has been on a sharp decline for years. My wife went to the Oconomowoc Jiffy lube with a nail in her tire. The service she received was WORLD CLASS! The tire could not be repaired due to the nail location. The diagnosis was prompt and without charge. She was told to bring a tire back and they would mount it to resolve the issue. They even took the time to show here the tire size. I don't get my oil changed here today but I do in the future. I brought in a car with no issues. I brought home a car leaking oil all over my driveway! They created a leak and tried to tell me it was there when I brought the car in. Not a drop of oil in my driveway this am. Now there is at least a quart!! Do NOT take your car here.

I continue to be pleased and comfortable with the recommendations and services offered by this Jiffy Lube. I find the management to be honest and transparent. For example, I have heard them openly tell customers that they do not believe a certain service is warranted, but they will perform it if the customer so desires. They are unfailingly polite, even with some less polite customers, and treat all with respect. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube, and I rarely write reviews!

Jiffy Lube on 9th Street in Kalamazoo is fantastic! Eric , the manager is extremely helpful and the mechanics Dallas, Marcus and all others are very friendly, honest and get the job done. They are professional and offer a wide range of services , not just oil changes. Please check them out !!
