The Texas City location is horrible. I don't understand how Jiffy Lube is still continuing franchisee at this location. Very poor customer service and very rude management. To Avoid any damage to your vehicle please do not visit Texas City Location,

SOOOO LMAOO. I would not Recommend JIFFY LUBE IN TEXAS CITY cause now my Jeep is in the shop because they decided not to put oil in my vehicle when I paid 120$ for FULL synthetic oil 😂😂🤣 7 days later my car has NO OIL IN IT. No OIL ON THE OIL STICK . 😂😂 & when I went up there , they said I was the 5th person this month who came up there with the same problem and the SAME NAME ON THE REPORT as the other complaints. I have been bringing my car here for a few years now. They recently changed crew- ALL new crew except maybe 1 or 2 people. I got an oil change and my car started tapping after a couple of weeks. Come to find out, they didn't even add oil to my car at all. Charged my for 5qt synthetic blend and never put any in my car. Seriously could have messed up my car. Bring back the old crew that actually knows what they are doing. Never going back and will make sure people I know don't waste their time either.

I spent $120.00 on full service. 14 miles down the road my cadillac engine blows. I got in touch with the regional office and awaiting their insurance adjusters to show up now for 7 days and with no rental or even offers of a refund for service. Ive contacted THEM every day now to keep myself informed. Use this service at your own risk. Absolutley horrible experience.
