I never learn my lesson. I naively sent my pregnant wife to get a simple oil change and she got duped into getting $120 bill. They told her that her air cabin filters were dangerous and that her battery was almost dead. They took advantage of a pregnant woman. I’ve gone to your Ayer and Leominster stores and have never been approached for anything but a $49 oil change. I called the manager and got accused of trying to bully him into money back. Going into Jiffy Lube to expect a nice oil change from a reliable crew. After a short wait of 10 or so minutes I get my car back, clean floors, clean windows, looking nice. I drove away feeling very satisfied with my decision, but then I go to grab my medication from the glove box and it's gone... do not go to Jiffy Lube they have put me in a bad spot and their business practices are not only detrimental to their customers but also to themselves.
