Well if you want to pay $58.51 for oil an change...maybe this works for you. My 20 yr old daughter at my instruction asked them for the “cheapest“ oil change. I warned her about all the “you need wipers, you need a cabin air filter, you need an air filter”... but who knew they would charge an extra $10 for an oil filter on top of $39.99 for the oil change that should include oil and filter? How about $6 to top off fluids? I think not. 🙄🤨
I would rather change my oil myself before I have to deal with the individual I dealt with today. Worst customer service experience I have ever had.

I’m not sure who they’re hiring as technicians however they are uneducated and will try their best to scare you to purchase items that you definitely don’t need. Using scare tactics is not becoming of a business especially when speaking to someone who actually has knowledge of the issues they were trying to sell me on. They told me my front brakes were almost metal on metal and tried to get me to spend money on new brakes at their shop. I took it to a mechanic today to get new brakes and he told me that my brakes were practically new and I didnt need new brakes. I don't think I'm going back to any jiffy lube.
Great crew, top notch service, good value and exceptional attention to detail.
The worst customer service. Over filled by oil, screwed up my car to the point of having to spend $200 to get it fixed. None the less it was a manager who made the mistake. After years of doing business with them hey wouldn't even comply to paying for the damages and mistakes.
Went in a few weeks ago and found out my brake calipers needed cleaning. My other mechanic never greased them and it warped my rotors. Jiffy Lube saw the issue and fixed the problem and now my car brakes smoothly. Thank you Jiffy Lube you rock!
They charged my wife $100 for an oil change, made her believe it was the only option she had. Scumbags! On what planet does it cost $100 dollars to change someone's oil.
