I took my car in for an oil change. They brought my cabin filter to my which was still new and white but they had placed a bunch of leaves on it to make it look old and asked if I wanted it replaced. I said no. Then I asked as I was picking up the car if they had turned the filter over to let the leaves fall off that was on it. They said that they were not allowed to do that.
