The customer service I received at the GANDY location was impeccable. It was prompt and the attendants were very polite and informative. I need brakes really badly and they let me know about my payment options. I didn't even know I had any. I will come back to THIS JIFFY LUBE, even though it's the furthest from my house in New Tampa. Been here twice- one w my Lexus - they stripped my lug nut master and had to go get a new one from supply store 1 hour last time I swore I would never come here- Take 5 was jammed today 6 cars so I decided to take my wife Honda Odyssey for fast oil change I was 1st no cars -10:41 am 10:46 someone greets me - check blinker / lights - change oil - I sit for now it’s 11:26 and I had to ask 2 times to check me out - they had me pull out of bay and sit Never again - Take Five is way better w customer service and business- th... read more
