I've never had a problem with this location where as I have at others the staff here is always kind and welcoming, they are very knowledgeable especially the manager kenneth he's very fast paced and trustworthy he definitely knows what he is doing. I won't ever go to any different jiffy lube ever again, I'll only ever be coming back to this one. I've had multiple things done here and checked and never had any issues what so ever afterwards. I took my vehicle in for its Emissions Inspection today. I was told that I couldn’t stay in my car contrary to the signage at every garage bay indicating you’re allowed to stay in your vehicle. I was told for inspections you have to wait in the lobby (I didn’t have to wait in the lobby the last time). I told the employee I only wanted an Emissions Inspection and not to do anything else. Kenneth was amazing, very kind, professional and he was very knowledgeable. He was very fast to get me in and out, I got a brake fluid exchange and oil change and wasn't there long at all he knew exactly what he was doing. He was absolutely amazing. Very efficient and seemed to love his job, I loved his honesty the most and he just seemed like he wants to make sure the customers are taken care of and to keep there cars lasting longer.
