You guys suck, and the manager wouldn't even offer to help the new employee................Don't go here because they have 0% customer service!!!!
Completely unacceptable, waited 10 mins just for air. A bay was completely open and there where 4 people working. We were not given a jiffy lube greeting or send off. As an ex employee to another jiffy lube this is really upsetting.

Had coolant change done. They disconnected part of undercarriage shield and did not reattach. I found this out driving down the road when it was scraping on highway and was damaged. Now jiffylube will not pay for repair/replacement $80. They will “never” get my business again...they do not stand by their word nor will they do the right thing after 5 discussions with them. Sorry outfit.

Don’t trust them. Went in for a top up on my oil today. They opened the hood and put windshield washer fluid in the car then pull the car out of the spot. Then they leave it outside for a little bit and tell me my car is ready. I think maybe I missed something so I go check my oil and sure enough they didn’t put any in. Went in for oil got wiper fluid.
