Been here many times and always have had a good experience. But today I experienced something really cool. While I was waiting in the lobby, one of the Jiffy Lube employees completed a car inspection of an elderly women. They came in and informed her that she was only half way through the miles of the current oil she had, and didn't need a new oil change. So they gave her a free oil top off instead of charging for an unneeded oil change.
Got me in last minute! I felt bad showing up 20 mins before they closed but they got my car in and out just before they closed! The guys there were really nice!
Staff was very professional and friendly. They offered a couple additional services but without any pressure whatsoever.
Came in for an alignment. That proceedure was preformed. However, the tires are to be 35PSI they put in 40PSI. Don't they check tire pressure fir alignments? Or they don't care?
I went there because their ad said "15-minute oil change". It took 45 minutes after I waited for 35 minutes for the 1 car ahead of me. After I got home I had to reset the Oil Life Remaining gauge. When I called to ask about it they apologized and said don't if their guys don't know how to do it! Very frustrating experience.
