I came in for an oil change and a state inspection on Saturday, July 19th. The lady who greeted was professional and helpful. She found my information in the system and explained everything to me. I had four cars in front of me and was there for an hour. The lady checked everything with the crew to make sure everything was completed on my car. The crew had to replace my lightbulb on my license plate because it was not completed. I appreciated her for checking. I will return to this location for future services.
Service was quick and professionally performed. All my questioned were answered.
We took our truck to get the oil changed the other day, & it was so hot in their waiting area, that we chose to sit in our truck until they were ready for us. When we finally had to go inside, I asked the girl if their AC was broke, & she said "nope." I asked what the thermostat was set at & she said "70." I said well, you'd never know it.
