I’m giving them 2 stars because they did successfully repair my brakes. We were told on arrival it would be a 30 minute wait for the technician. Which got upped to an hour. 2 hours in they took our car in and asked us to wait in their waiting room. Which boasts a bathroom, water dispenser, 3 plastic chairs, and a power socket with no cover. 4 and a half hours later they finished the work. There was only ONE mechanic on duty.
