This was literally the worst experience I have ever had at any service location. I sent my little Brother to get simple services done on his car. James the store manager sold him products he didn’t need or want. When we went back to talk about why and ask for a refund he was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and UNPROFESSIONAL. He swore at us, pushed my little brother, told us to “shove it”, “screw ourselves”, and refused to do ANYTHING to make things right. I would not recommend anyone to do business here.

I went in for an oil change and now noticed that the lever that opens my hood is busted!!!! Thanks Jiffy Lube!!
I went in here for a safety and emission inspection and they told me I needed to change my air filter which I personally had changed not more than five weeks ago
