I went in to get my emissions checked today. They told me it failed but I could contact their specialist if I needed help. When I went to start my car the check engine light was on as well as the airbag light. I walked back in and told them that my check engine light was now on and all they said was that they didn’t do anything to my car!!! When I drove in today, I had no lights on indicating an issue but now I will have to take my car into the dealership to be checked. Can I give zero? Went in for an oil change and prior to going I checked all my lights to avoid the whole “got a light out” con. Not thinking it would actually happen mind you. Well sure enough I get a call that my headlight is now out. Picked up my car and paid and popped my hood, guess what turned on when I pushed my clamps back together all the way. Yup my light. Poor business practice and shady stuff guys.
They will rip your car apart and try to sell you all kinds of parts and services you don't want. Terrible!
