I got a ton of stuff done on my car, and one of the things included getting new wind shield wipers because they told me mine were a little worn out so I just went ahead and let them. As soon as it rained next I put them on and they got jammed in my window to where I had to pull over off the highway to push them down to get unjammed and it does that every time they come on now. this was my sisters experience here TODAY, may 28th 2019 "went to Jiffy Lube today and was treated so bad and felt like I was so stupid because of the kids working there made me feel that way regarding my oil change and my car I'm going there for quite a long time so I need to let everybody know do not go to Jiffy Lube on Lancaster in Salem told them I was there a couple weeks ago and they said I didn't need an oil change it's too early yet so they will top it off for me so today I checked my oil I'm a quart low so I drive t... read more
I drive all the way from South Salem to get my car serviced by these guys. they are efficient and get things done correctly the first time. They also have THE BEST customer service! Seriously such kind, honest people working here!
