My experience with the Jiffy Lube on Lohman in Las Cruces has been very unpleasant. My car had been running great. I went in for a simple oil change and that same evening my car was gushing out so much oil. The manager, Patty, has been very uncaring about the whole situation. Even though I had a reputable Volkswagen mechanic verify the problem, the manager was still very argumentative and refused to admit their fault. Soooo upset!! DO NOT GO TO JIFFY LUBE ON LOHMAN NEAR DADDY O'S!!!!! They charged me $89.99 for an A/C belt that I found out cost $17.99 at pep boys !!! It took 5 minutes to take off. So according to the manager, they charge $60 for 5 minutes of work. They charge more than a brain surgeon! Please share las cruces.
