When I arrived to the jiffy lube I was skeptical on the service. I've heard from a few people they weren't the greatest. But when I walked in and talked to Rafael he was very welcoming and happy to help with every question I had. I am very happy with the service not only from Rafael but the rest of his staff. I will continue to take my vehicle to jiffy lube.
this shop is not worth s crap. went on for oil and lube. the "technicians" had lil or no experience. in fact they not only put the wrong oil filter on my truck but just slipped the oversized filter over the threads and let me drive away like this. I traveled only a few miles before iall of MY OWN OIL pumped out of my engine leaving me straned on the side of the road. stay tuned to see if they refund my money snd reimburse me for having to buy more oil AND THE CORRECT FILTER.
