Avoid if possible... – I have always had positive experiences at other Jiffy Lube locations, so when I needed an oil change in San Luis Obispo I went to Jiffy Lube. When I got there, a technician greeted me and escorted me to a waiting area like usual. The technician went over my options and gave me an estimate to sign.
