Do not go here. Ever. I warn you: The worst customer service I have ever experienced is at: 1705 Soquel Ave, Santa Cruz, CA 95062. (And see my update, below). Went for oil change, left without oil change nearly an hour later, after attendant was mind-blowingly rude and may have well said "F-U" to my face. He added another 30 minute wait onto a 40 minute wait - on purpose and was smug and spiteful! I am upset and I plan to contact the manager to complain.
