Do not go here. Ever. I warn you: The worst customer service I have ever experienced is at: 1705 Soquel Ave, Santa Cruz, CA 95062. (And see my update, below). Went for oil change, left without oil change nearly an hour later, after attendant was mind-blowingly rude and may have well said "F-U" to my face. He added another 30 minute wait onto a 40 minute wait - on purpose and was smug and spiteful! I am upset and I plan to contact the manager to complain. I’ve been to this location 3 times and have never had an issue. Today this inspector was very cordial, professional and prompt. Excellent.
Excellent customer service. I drive from south county just to get my oil changed here.
Honestly I love this place. Brought all three of my cars here and they're always straightforward and expedient. Prices are good too, plus they always have coupons. The techs are very professional and kind. I'll continue to come here!
