I have been going to the Jiffy Lube for years and always received exceptional, courteous service from this location. In the past, he helped me repair my mini-van which was not oil related and didn't charge me. I am embarrassed that I forgot his name but this manager treats his employees and customer as family. He is from Fiji and is proud to run an honest business so I was shocked to see a customer pull a scam right before my eyes. It was awesome. Manager Viliami and the team took care of my car and it was a great experience.
I got my oil changed there today. Two miles later, my car is smoking on the highway and the oil light is on. I pull over-I checked the level so I KNEW there was no oil in the car. Then sent someone out who preceded to lie to me and say there was oil in my car. I have it towed and the 'fix' it, stating it was an oil filter gasket. Yea freaking right. My car has 27k miles-the problem was YOU. I don't understand how if changing oil is all you do, you can screw it up!!! Offered me a free oil change instead of my money back. Like... read more
