Poor work ethics – After a number of oil changes they denied me an oil change. That was due to having stripped oil pan bolt. They stripped the bolt several years ago and they kep on changing my oil untli this past week. Thye simply told me that I need a new oil pan. I informed this NEW svc mgr, ( each time I go there I noted a different crew, and that also tell you somehting about the stability of their employees), that this all happened at their shop and they are responsible to replace the oil pan.
