I came to Jiffy Lube for an Uber in-person inspection, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They checked everything quickly and efficiently, explained the process clearly, and made everything smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate how fast they handled everything without wasting time, while still being careful and thorough. Great customer service, positive attitude, and a clean, well-organized place. Went there for oil change, using them for years. The guy told me that the CA Bureau of Automotive Repair requires that I give them my personal phone number, and I could not get service unless I gave it to him. This is a lie, there is no such requirement. Never again.
I got my oil and filter changed in my 2006 300C Hemi in a prompt and efficient manner. My hobby is restoring cars, and I capture the used oil for recycling and Jiffy lube takes it, which I really appreciate,
