I've had my service done here since I bought my Audi and even though every now and then someone isn't sure if they service Audis, someone always knows that they do. They're polite, quick, never forget to ask about my military discount, and aren't overly pushy about add-on services.
This Jiffy Lube location is my location of choice and has been for years. I have used this facility for a variety of automotive services. Mario and his team exhibit excellent customer service skills. I am greeted with a smile and escorted to the waiting area or offered to stay in my car. Upon completion of the service(s), I am thanked and wished a great day. The waiting room is clean and the temperature is pleasant. It gives me great pleasure to leave this review.
Good service. However, I will not be returning. $120 for a synthetic oil change is too much (includes their $10 shop materials fee). There are other shops that can provide more affordable options.
